The hotel's location was great and very convenient for my city break. It was just a 15-minute walk to the nearest metro station which made getting around the city very easy. the hotel was situated close to the university which was a lovely area to explore. I also appreciated the spaciousness of the room.
The check-in process was incredibly slow and taken up more time than it should have. The service offered was only average and not up to par with the price paid for the stay.

The shuttle service to the airport and free water bottles provided daily in the room were appreciated. the hotel's location near the attraction I wanted to visit was a major plus, and the friendly staff made the stay more enjoyable.
The lack of fridge and uncomfy bed in the room were major drawbacks. the personnel's inability to communicate well in English made it tough to convey my queries.

We had a great experience staying here. The personnel were very friendly and made us feel welcome. The room was comfortable and clean, and we appreciated the free water provided every night. The shuttle service to and from the nearby Canton Fair was also a huge bonus, and we were pleasantly surprised to receive free water and biscuits during the return trip.
Nothing could have been better.

This hotel is located in a convenient area, nearby to various restaurants and a metro station which makes getting around much easier. the rooms are decently spacious and have a firm mattress which some people may find comfortable.
The overall standard of the hotel is quite disappointing. the internet is unreliable and the air conditioning barely works, making the rooms feel stuffy.
Tourists from United States of America often stay at these properties. Consider them for your next trip.
